Welcome to the Chritsmas Show

Thanks so much for popping by. I do hope you like my Christmas collection. I really enjoyed making each and every one and will be equally happy and a little sad to see them go off to new homes!

If you are interested in adopting one of the bears or mice below, please email me to check availability at shantockbears@tiscali.co.uk or call me on 07762749104, (please bear in mind the time differance if calling from over sea's) I will get back to you asap if you've been the first person to request the bear/mouse and then we can sort out payment and P&P details.

I can take payment by PayPal, Cheque (Stirling only) or Credit Card.
It would be helpful if I knew which method you wished to pay for if you are emailing.

The show will run on a first come first served basis, I will endeavour to get back to people quickly and will try and keep the blog updated as show as bears/mice sell. I am aiming to be by my computer for most of the evening, however please be patient I will get back to you as soon as I can.

If you wish to make a 1st and 2nd choice please do, for the first 24 hours I have decided to limit purchases to one per customer, this is to give as many people as possible a fair chance to have one of my little ones. After 24 hours I will be happy for you to purchase whatever little ones have not found new homes. I do hope you understand my dilemma here, I try to make things as fair as possible.

All bears/mice will be posted on Friday 11th December, either by Special Delivery in the UK or International Signed for oversea's customers.

Christmouse Kisses are looking forward to finding a new home on Saturday and I'm very busy finishing off the last few mice! I hope you can pop by on Saturday to have a peek at the bears and mice.

To all my friends who are celebrating.....

Visions of sugar plums dancing in my head.....

The year before last I was lucky enough to go and see the ballet The Nutcracker, I found it breathtaking, the dancing was beautiful,the music moving, it was the perfect Christmas treat.




The Nutcracker has always been one of my favourite Christmas tales. I am enchanted by the story as I follow Clara and Fritz's battle with the Mouse King, I'm wowed when the Nutcracker turns into a prince, I join them in the land of snow and the land of sweets with the beautiful dances, and so the Sugar Plum fairy has to be my all time favourite character! With this as my inspiration I have just finished a pretty pink bear, she's based on my idea of a Sugar Plum Beary and I'm really happy with her, she'll be available at my Christmas Webshow on the 5th December.

Remember, remember the 5th of December!!!!!

The Teddy Bear Annual 2010!

For all of you who's really missed Teddy Bear Scene magazine since they stopped publication a while back, you'll be delighted to know that Collect it! magazine has decided to produce a bumper packed Teddy Bear Annual. Its a 100 pages of beautiful bears, teddy's, bears and Teddy's. The wonderful Kathy Martin has stepped back into her "Teditor" role to put this all together and if its successful then there's rumours that they will produce 2 Annuals a year. I do hope so!

Kathy generously invited me to be included in the "Teddy at Christmas" feature with this fun piece called Christmouse Kisses! These two little cuties will be available from my Christmas Show, right here on the blog on the 5th December.
